I’m a mom of three myself, and a PMH-C (Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician) with advanced training in perinatal mmood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum anxiety and depression, birth trauma, and infertility.

What is Therapy with me like?
I'm an integrative therapist, but much of my work is rooted in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
EMDR helps us understand why certain thoughts, feelings, or reactions feel so intense, and more importantly, how to shift them.
Because often, what you’re feeling right now isn’t just about this moment. It’s connected to how your brain has learned to process experiences over time. ​
